H-P Products Announces President/COO Transition Plan
- Allen Green announces retirement, transitions to consultant role
- Rebekah Eisenbarth appointed President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective June 30, 2022
LOUISVILLE, OH; FEBRUARY 2022 -- H-P Products, Inc. (H-P), a diversified global leader in industrial tube fabrication and residential central vacuum systems, today announced that Allen Green will retire as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective June 30, 2022. Afterwards, Mr. Green will serve in a strategic advisory role to ensure a seamless leadership transition. Rebekah (Beka) Eisenbarth will succeed Mr. Green as President and COO from her current role as Vice President.

As we continue that course, Allen will fill a vital role as a strategic advisor to ensure a smooth transition.”

About Rebekah (Beka) Eisenbarth
Ms. Eisenbarth joined H-P in 2002 and has held a variety of leadership roles, including Accounting Analyst, Materials Manager, Sales Manager, General Manager of Engineered Tube Bends and most recently Vice President. Prior to joining H-P, Ms. Eisenbarth was a Financial Analyst at General Electric and Bank of America. Ms. Eisenbarth holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in International Business and a concentration in Economics from Miami University, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy from Washington University in St. Louis Olin Business School. She is a graduate of
Leadership Stark County and has served on the Boards of Arts in Stark, Junior Achievement, Junior League, and the Canton City Schools Foundation. She currently serves on the Income Impact Council for United Way of Greater Stark County, on the Board of American Heart Association, and is a member of Vistage. Ms. Eisenbarth is married with one daughter and resides in Canton, Ohio.

Allen Green joined H-P Products, Inc. in 1984 as Controller. Since joining the company, he has served as the company’s CFO, Vice President of Finance and Manufacturing, Tubular Products General Manager, Executive Vice President, and for the last 16 years has served as the President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Green earned his Bachelor’s degree in accounting and mathematics from the University of Mount Union. He is actively involved with Mount Union, serving as Chairman of the Board of Trustees and serves on its Business Advisory Council. He is married with two children and resides in North Canton, Ohio.
