Built to join the line.
Made to hold it.
Different demands. Different couplings. From daily vacuum to high-pressure holds.
A coupling is the quietest part of the system. Until it's not.
Couplings are where a line lives or fails. Leaks, gasket wear, static buildup, product contamination, pressure drops, teardown time, weather exposure. H-P's coupling line is built to address each one, from grounding strips that manage static, to gasket options that match the material, to designs that hold under pressure without constant maintenance. INSTALOK for pellet conveying. Vac-Lite Core for everyday industrial vacuum. Compression and Eliminator where pressure holds the argument. Super Grip for teardown-heavy lines. Cam and Groove where the connection has to be quick and temporary.
Six couplings. Each built for a specific fight.
INSTALOK™
Built specifically for conveying plastic pellets and other non-sanitary vacuum applications. The integrated O-ring design eliminates the product contamination risk that deteriorating gasket material causes in traditional compression couplings.
- Fits both tube (1-1/2" to 4" OD) and pipe (2" to 3-1/2" NPS)
- Grade 5 stress-relieved bolts with galvanized steel construction
- O-rings available in Black Nitrile, White Nitrile, or Viton™
Vac-Lite™ Core
A lightweight, cost-effective coupling built for industrial vacuum applications. Simple, durable, and engineered to hold a seal day after day without the bulk of heavier compression designs.
- Grounding strip integrated into 430 stainless construction
- Lightweight design for easier handling and installation
- Dependable seal for day-to-day IVAC performance
Compression Coupling
Heavy-gauge, zinc-plated steel coupling built for vacuum and pressure applications across pneumatic conveying and industrial vacuum systems.
- Stainless steel grounding strips standard (eliminate static build-up)
- Gasket protectors available to reduce gasket wear
- Neoprene, Nitrile, Silicone, Red Rubber, EPDM, or Viton™
- Stainless steel construction available on request
Eliminator
Built for higher-pressure applications and anywhere the joint can't move. Uses the compression coupling base with two additional bands that add metal-to-metal gripping.
- Available in 18" (3-bolt) and 20" (4-bolt) configurations
- Conversion kits available to retrofit compression couplings
- All gasket options from the compression line carry over
Super Grip
Quick coupler designed for dry bulk transport tank tubing and lines that get torn down for periodic cleaning. 430 bright-annealed stainless holds up through repeated use, wash-down, and outdoor exposure.
- Single or double clamp configurations for secure clamping
- Holds through expansion, contraction, and vibration
- FDA-approved gaskets standard for food applications
- Stainless steel grounding strip standard
Cam & Groove
Built for non-permanent connections where a hose has to come on and off — equipment hookups, temporary runs, and anywhere the joint is not meant to stay. Female couplers include a locking feature with optional safety clips.
- MIL Spec compliance allows brand interchangeability (all sizes except 5" & 8")
- Safety clips lock handles to prevent disconnection during transfer
- Brass security chains available
- Stainless steel construction available on request
