H-P Products offers precision CNC tube bending services with hundreds of available bend die setups. Our tube bending capabilities cover outside diameters ranging from ⅜ inch (0.375") to 10 inches, with centerline radii from 0.75 inches to 60 inches.
Available Tube Sizes and Bend Radii
We maintain tooling for 28 different tube outside diameters, including both standard fractional sizes and decimal equivalents. Popular sizes include 1", 1½", 2", 2½", 3", 3½", 4", and 6" OD tubes. We also offer 2½" square tube bending.
Materials We Bend
Common tube materials we work with include carbon steel, aluminized carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Contact us for other material requirements or specialty alloys.
