Built Into the Process, Not Bolted On
Quality at H-P is built into the process, not saved for final inspection. It starts when we quote your part and stays with it through production, testing, cleaning, and packaging. Every process on our floor has an owner and a standard, and when something drifts, we know about it.
We support APQP, PPAP Levels 1 through 4, FMEAs, process control plans, root cause analysis, and full material certifications. If your quality team has a checklist, we have probably already been through it.

We verify that delivered parts meet your specs, with supporting documentation such as measurement verification, dimensional reports, and material certifications.

We monitor and record internal processes to catch deviations early and uncover root causes when something falls short.
In-House Cleaning for Critical Applications
Loose particles and trace lubricants can cause premature wear or failure in engines, fans, and other sensitive assemblies. Our cleaning system helps address that without outsourcing or added delay. The right cleaning process is applied based on your application requirements.
Wash & Rinse Tanks
Large tanks used to remove oils, greases, and loose particles from tube surfaces at volume.
Rotating Nozzles
High-pressure water cleans tube interiors to remove particulate and most oil residue.
Swab Cleaning
Rags pulled through tubes and bends to remove large particles and remaining oils from the bore.
